Sr. Engineering Manager, Ads ML Infrastructure

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager for their Ads ML Infrastructure team. This role involves leading a talented team to design high-performance and efficient ML training, data, and feature engineering infrastructure to power critical ad delivery models. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience, 10+ years of industry experience in large-scale ML infrastructure systems, and deep knowledge of distributed systems or recommendation infrastructure. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring engineers, leading next-generation Ads ML infrastructure development, and ensuring technical quality. The role offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge ML technologies, including GPU, Feature Store, and LLMs, to scale models 100x bigger. Pinterest offers a flexible work model called PinFlex, allowing for a balance between remote work and in-office collaboration.
