PipeLaunch, a startup focused on maximizing CRM data for businesses, is seeking a Lead Developer to join their innovative team. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
As the Lead Developer, you'll be responsible for managing a team of two developers, overseeing backend development, and creating CI/CD integration. You'll also be tasked with building architecture for new products (both Salesforce and non-Salesforce related), maintaining an AppExchange app, designing and maintaining a public REST API, performing optimization tasks for low-latency results, and managing Chrome extension development.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and strong backend development skills. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, leading a small dev team, and delivering high-quality code. Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS/Cloud platforms, publishing apps to AppExchange, and working with NoSQL databases is required.
Additional skills that would be beneficial include knowledge of Python, experience with ML models/LLM, familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM implementations, experience with data enrichment/scraping projects, and proficiency in the React framework.
This role requires someone who thrives in a startup environment, has great attention to detail, enjoys technology, and communicates well with both clients and team members. You should be comfortable giving and receiving feedback and be willing to take the lead.
