Responsibilities For Software Support Engineer

  • Enhance software by building internal tools to improve customer support and optimize workflows
  • Serve as liaison between Engineering and other departments
  • Handle requests, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve platform issues
  • Provide enhanced technical support
  • Create tooling for Support and Customer Success teams
  • Fix bugs in the platform

Requirements For Software Support Engineer

Ruby
React
JavaScript
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional software development experience
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React with 1+ years of professional experience
  • Experience writing automated tests using RSpec or similar testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with databases and ability to retrieve data via Rails Console
