Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Procurify is looking for a talented and team-driven Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join us on our journey. We're seeking entrepreneurial people who are willing to challenge the status quo and contribute to larger strategic objectives.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Procurify, you'll be working on:

• Designing, creating, and maintaining scalable machine learning systems
• Building complex, reusable architectures for services and systems
• Developing personalized experiences using advanced ML and AI technologies
• Creating and optimizing ML models to automate and streamline user workflows
• Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop advanced NLP features
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on AI-driven product capabilities
• Shaping the vision for ML and AI at Procurify
• Improving and optimizing source data models and ML capabilities
• Implementing internal process improvements and automation
• Mentoring other engineers and fostering growth within the team

We're looking for someone with:

• 5-7+ years in a Machine Learning role, including 1+ years experience in LLMs
• Experience as the first ML engineer, building ML systems from the ground up
• Proficiency in ML frameworks, data processing, and analysis
• Experience with LLMs and strong understanding of their architectures
• Expertise in ETL/ELT tools, Data Lakehouse tech, and advanced SQL
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Strong understanding of Data Science concepts
• Leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, and software development best practices

Base Salary Range: $136,000 - $170,000
