Baseband Hardware Design Engineer

Qualcomm is seeking a Baseband Hardware Design Engineer to join their central baseband hardware design organization. This role is crucial in designing and developing baseband and embedded system platforms that utilize Qualcomm's cutting-edge technologies, including applications processors, modems, power management ICs, and RF modules.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with highly integrated, multi-card platforms incorporating high-performance SOCs, high-speed memories, high-resolution displays, and various digital & analog peripherals. You'll be part of a team that designs and implements solutions for in-house design verification, software/firmware development, and ASIC product testing.

As a Baseband Hardware Design Engineer, you'll collaborate across multiple disciplines, from defining platform requirements to architecting hardware solutions. Your responsibilities will span the entire development lifecycle, including schematic capture, BOM development, PWB layout coordination, and laboratory-based verification. The role requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering, particularly in digital/baseband and analog circuits, combined with excellent laboratory skills.
