Description For Thermal Engineer

Responsibilities For Thermal Engineer

  • Work with various thermal analysis teams on methodology development for SoC, package and systems
  • Develop solutions for Qualcomm products in smartphones, laptops, automotives and virtual reality headsets
  • Software development for enabling non-thermal engineers to run tsense/ATE/Dtherm analysis using DB and web interface

Requirements For Thermal Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and mathematical modeling abilities
  • Software development experience
