UX Designer - Home & Navigation

Qualtrics is seeking a UX Designer for their Home & Navigation team to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to foundational elements of their product. This role is crucial in ensuring users have a seamless and intuitive experience within the Qualtrics ecosystem.

As a UX Designer, you'll join a dynamic group of forward-thinking designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers who apply systems thinking in the Shell and Design System space. You'll work on highly visible global navigation UI and develop new standards for core design patterns.

Key responsibilities include:

• Exploring multiple ways to solve complex problems
• Designing and iterating on interaction design frameworks
• Scaling solutions through documentation and evangelizing design-thinking
• Participating in UX critiques
• Partnering with Engineering and Product leads on product roadmap

To succeed, you'll need:

• 1-3 years of experience in UX or interaction design
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in shipping and maintaining multiple products
• Strong understanding of foundational design frameworks
• Experience with design systems
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of web accessibility principles
• Proficiency in Figma

This role offers growth opportunities through collaboration with the Design System team, working on foundational interfaces, developing new standards, and continuously expanding your knowledge of the product space.
