As a Front-end Developer, you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining scalable applications that help strengthen merchant-customer relationships and foster local economic growth.
The position requires a seasoned developer with 4+ years of experience who excels in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React Native development. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies like NextJS and Tamagui, focusing on creating high-performance, maintainable applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

You'll be responsible for developing both the main application and marketing interfaces, working closely with designers to transform concepts into clean, efficient code.

Responsibilities For Front-end Developer (Full time, Philippine-based Candidates Only)
- Develop, ship and maintain RareCircles' front-end application
- Develop, ship and maintain high quality interfaces for marketing pages
- Work with designers to transform ideas and design into modern, clean and readable code
- Implement robust engineering solutions with thoughtful designs across the full-stack
- Shepherd products from design and specification to live deployments
- Become a key stakeholder and advance multiple front-end products simultaneously
- Be an autonomous individual with a proactive attitude and receptiveness to feedback
Requirements For Front-end Developer (Full time, Philippine-based Candidates Only)
- Must have 4+ years of experience building scalable front-end applications
- Strong front-end development experience building, running, and debugging web applications using functional programming in NextJS, NodeJS
- Strong experience in debugging and optimizing NextJS performance issues
- Experience in developing native mobile apps using ReactNative / Expo + Tamagui
- Strong experience in building reliable, performant, maintainable, and testable code
- High attention to detail in translating designs to implementation
- Experience with back-end APIs and integration work
- Proficient in english with good writing and communication skills
- Work in Eastern Standard North American time zone
- Willingness to work hard and achieve ambitious goals
- Passion about performance, user experience and design
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture
