We're looking for a Resident AI Engineer to join our Customer Success team. You will be the Rasa expert that our Enterprise customers will collaborate with as their trusted partner to accelerate their adoption of Rasa's solutions with project deliverables throughout the term of the residency. You will be reporting to the Manager of Customer Success and Technical Support Engineering.
As part of Rasa's customer support engineering team, you'll work on site with our customers' architects, developers, and operations staff to design, implement, and run Rasa deployments. You'll serve as the customers' go-to-resource for handling all Rasa-related projects and issues, provide proactive, consultative advice to help optimize the performance of our customers' Rasa deployments, and help champion an environment for ongoing strategic customer success.
