Description For Solutions Engineer

Recorded Future, the world's most advanced and largest intelligence company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Professional Services group. With 1,000 intelligence professionals, over $300M in sales, and serving over 1,800 clients worldwide, Recorded Future supports security teams at some of the most ambitious organizations on the planet.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with the design and integration of Recorded Future Security Intelligence data. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Facilitating the implementation of Recorded Future Security Intelligence data in customer environments and third-party cybersecurity tools.
  2. Understanding and driving customer's cybersecurity use cases, workflows, and overall needs to utilize Recorded Future integrations.
  3. Scoping and implementing custom solutions across various client architectures, applications, and tools.
  4. Assisting in creating engineering solutions for clients.
  5. Managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  6. Leading projects and tasks with limited supervision.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical/technical role, with a BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, or Security Operations experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating data with SIEMs and other security tools, proficiency in Python, JSON, and experience with REST APIs.

Responsibilities For Solutions Engineer

Requirements For Solutions Engineer

Python
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an analytical/ technical role

  • Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, or Security Operations experience preferred
  • Experience integrating data with SIEMs and other security tools (TIPs, Vulnerability Management, Security Orchestration and Automation) preferred
  • Proficiency in Python, JSON and Experience with REST APIs preferred
  • Ability to work independently on assigned client engagements and tasks from start to completion
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills are desired
