Senior Software Engineer, Social Identity

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Social Identity Team, you will help power critical user flow journeys that millions of players engage with daily. This is a newly formed team that will focus on building out the vision for social identities and profiles. Everything you build on this team will lay the foundation for how our users connect, experience, & create memories with friends and interests they care about. You will code with a user-first mindset, and if you are an experienced software engineer with attention to UI/UX details and is motivated by building a delightful and usable experience for your users, you'll be right at home within our experienced and growing user group.

You will:

• Build and ship best-in-class features used by millions of users
• Work with Product and Design to influence the roadmap and design compatible technical solutions
• Use best programming practices, optimizing code to be performant
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for the code you write
• Take ownership of projects throughout its full lifecycle
• Work with numerous teams to build the world's best applications

Requirements:

• Experience working on large-scale consumer applications in React, React Native, iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS or other platforms
• A record of taking a strategic approach to challenging technical problems and seeing them to completion
• 3+ years of experience as a front-end or client apps engineer working on complex user interfaces
• The mindset to jump into different technologies to solve problems
• BS in Computer Science or above
• Experience in Lua and C++ is a bonus
