Principal Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Software Developer

RTX (Raytheon) is seeking a Principal Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Software Developer to join their team in Aurora, CO. This role is part of a small, highly-focused team working on developing and maintaining signal processing applications for real-time operational environments. The position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software for DSP applications in an Agile environment. You'll be working with modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques, while gaining valuable experience in software lifecycle practices on defense projects. The team works closely with operations personnel to meet unique and continuously evolving development needs.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in C++, Java, and Python is required, along with experience in Linux environments and cloud-based software architectures. Knowledge of DevSecOps delivery paradigms and Atlassian Tools is essential.

The salary range for this position is $101,000 - $203,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
