Salesforce's Global Private Equity & VC Practice is transforming how private equity firms build value for investors and portfolio companies. As an Associate Relationship Manager, you'll support the growth of strategic Private Equity partnerships, bringing unique perspectives and analytical rigor to drive growth. You'll work directly with the senior PE team to deepen partnerships, accelerate value creation, and scale the broader Private Equity Practice team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting relationships with strategic Private Equity Partners
- Contributing to due diligence processes and growth strategies
- Collaborating with alliances and sales teams
- Executing go-to-market plans for PE partners
- Supporting sales account managers to drive value creation
- Owning strategic projects for the Private Equity Practice
- Coaching Analysts and Associates
Required experience:
- Influencing decisions in corporate transactions
- Working internationally with clients and teams
- Exposure to C-level interactions
- Strong communication, strategic, and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in complex, evolving environments
- Willingness to travel >30% of the time
Desired experience:
- 3-5 years in private equity, venture capital, consulting, or related fields
- Experience in M&A, corporate strategy, or digital transformation
- Strategic business development role in PE, VC, or M&A industry
