Description For Manager, Solution Engineering

  • Manage and grow the Solution engineering team ensuring we hire and retain top talent
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support enterprise deals and sign new logos
  • Focus on innovation in solution selling approach
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts

Requirements For Manager, Solution Engineering

  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Sales oriented with pre-sales, sales leadership or consulting experience
  • Deep relationships with C-level executives
  • Track record of building pre-sales, sales or consulting organization
  • Experience in delivering revenue numbers and producing accurate forecasts
  • Ability to evaluate and develop existing teams
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Computing and business benefits
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise applications
