You'll manage complex technical programs, working with global teams across US, India, and Argentina, while partnering with Product, Engineering, UX, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. This position offers an opportunity to shape the future of enterprise integration and automation, working on innovative solutions including Salesforce API Catalog, MuleSoft Topic Center, and Integration Agents. The ideal candidate will bring extensive program management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives from concept to successful delivery. This is an Individual Contributor role that requires both technical understanding and exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities For Senior Manager/Director, Technical Program Management: Mulesoft Automations, Integrations, & Agentforce
- Act as a key member of the MuleSoft Integration and Automation leadership team
- Be a key liaison across global teams in US, India and Argentina
- Lead programs by achieving alignment across teams and functions
- Run meetings with program key stakeholders
- Develop strong partnerships with key functional stakeholders
- Provide visibility to program status
- Anticipate and remove obstacles
- Create a collaborative environment

Requirements For Senior Manager/Director, Technical Program Management: Mulesoft Automations, Integrations, & Agentforce
- 7+ (Senior) 10+ (Director) years experience managing technical initiatives in SaaS/PaaS Product Development
- Ability to successfully partner with all functions across the company
- Experience with product development lifecycle and software development lifecycle
- Proven ability to prioritize and organize work
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to execute in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
- Experience managing remote and global team members
