Description For Software Engineering LMTS (Salesforce Technical AI/Agentforce Architect)

Salesforce, the global leader in AI CRM solutions, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Agenforce Solution and Platform Architect to join their Digital Success Engineering team. This role combines deep technical expertise in Salesforce platforms with cutting-edge AI implementation, particularly focusing on the new Agentforce suite of autonomous AI agents.

The position sits at the intersection of traditional Salesforce architecture and modern AI implementation, requiring expertise in both domains. As a Technical AI/Agentforce Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that leverage Salesforce's deeply unified platform, with a particular focus on Agentforce - their groundbreaking suite of autonomous AI agents that enhance employee capabilities across service, sales, marketing, and commerce.

The role demands a unique blend of technical leadership and hands-on development skills. You'll be working with pre-trained LLMs, implementing prompt engineering solutions, and developing AI-driven features while ensuring they integrate seamlessly with Salesforce's existing infrastructure. The position requires deep expertise in both traditional Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) and modern AI/ML technologies (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

As a leader in this role, you'll be responsible for mentoring junior team members, establishing architectural standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive innovation in customer success experiences.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement at one of the world's leading technology companies. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical abilities with excellent communication skills, as you'll need to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while leading development teams in implementing cutting-edge solutions.

The position offers the chance to work on innovative projects that directly impact how businesses interact with their customers through AI-driven solutions. You'll be at the forefront of implementing Salesforce's vision for AI-enhanced customer relationship management, making this an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about both enterprise software architecture and artificial intelligence.
