Responsibilities For Software Engineering SMTS (Salesforce & Prompt Engineering, Gen AI Exp)
- Design and experiment with creative prompts to optimize large language models
- Build and maintain datasets for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs
- Create prompt templates and conversational AI experiences
- Develop metrics and tools to evaluate model performance
- Design and develop generic, customer-facing objects
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation
- Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover patterns and insights
- Design, implement, and tune robust APIs
Requirements For Software Engineering SMTS (Salesforce & Prompt Engineering, Gen AI Exp)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of industry experience in ML engineering
- Strong experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Expertise in multimodal interaction design and generative AI technologies
- Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks
- Proficient in APEX, Java, Python
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and products
- Strong background in natural language processing (NLP)
- Knowledge of model interpretability, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices
