Technical Architect, Partner Solutions (Data Cloud & AI)

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect for Partner Solutions specializing in Data Cloud & AI. This pivotal role involves collaborating with global system integrators (GSIs) and strategic partners to create and implement cutting-edge AI, Data, and CRM solutions. The position combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring deep knowledge of Salesforce's ecosystem, particularly in AI and Data Cloud technologies.

The role demands expertise in multiple technical domains, including cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, and data architecture. You'll be responsible for co-creating solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce technologies. The position involves working with various stakeholders, from partner teams to internal product and sales groups.

Key responsibilities include technical co-creation with partners, solution architecture design, and go-to-market strategy support. You'll need to demonstrate proficiency in AI/ML technologies, including experience with frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, as well as practical knowledge of LLMs and agent-based frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platforms, particularly Agentforce and Data Cloud, combined with experience in hyperscaler platforms like AWS and GCP. The role requires both technical depth and business acumen, as you'll be responsible for aligning technical solutions with business outcomes and driving partner success.
