Description For Technical / Senior Technical Consultant

Salesforce is seeking a Technical / Senior Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team. As a key player in delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems, you'll be responsible for turning program designs into configured solutions using Salesforce Industries' vertical applications. You'll work in Agile scrum teams, building complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology. Your role will span all phases of the project lifecycle, from low-level design and development to deployment and post-production support. You'll acquire deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications, mentor customer resources, and champion best practices in the wider Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to deliver successful enterprise CRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop configured solutions using native Industry Cloud functionality
  • Build complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology
  • Participate in all project lifecycle phases
  • Mentor customer and system integrator resources
  • Share best practices and time-saving techniques within the Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in deployment teams, preferably using Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record in successful enterprise CRM implementations
  • Experience in financial services industry solutions
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning), Java, SOAP APIs, REST, data modeling, and process modeling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder certification
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
