Description For Support Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

Responsibilities For Support Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

  • Develop functionalities, improvements, and solve technical problems of easy complexity and scope.
  • Work together with a mentor to understand development flows.
  • Ensure code style, maintainability, and best practices.
  • Understand the logic of applications and/or services as well as the business model.
  • Learn about software development methodology, design patterns, tools, etc. with which you are not familiar.

  • Essential: English B2 or higher.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software design and development of rack applications with Ruby and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge and/or professional experience in software engineering and best practices for the complete software development lifecycle (including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations).
  • Hands-on experience in writing and distributing large-scale distributed systems and high-quality client-server architectures.
  • Able to effectively communicate technical ideas and collaborate with technical and non-technical peers.
