SMS Environmental is hiring a Trainee Water Treatment Engineer to join their Water Hygiene team across Gloucestershire & Wiltshire. This role ensures high-quality delivery of pre-planned water hygiene maintenance to various client sites while providing excellent customer service. The position involves traveling to different locations using a company-provided van and fuel card.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and flushing water outlets
- Checking and cleaning water tanks and systems
- Carrying out TMV checks and maintenance
- Completing work on in-house software using an iPad
- Delivering quality customer service
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in a trade and customer-focused role
- Passion for developing a career in water hygiene
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Experience with IT software and equipment
- Excellent time-keeping skills
- Full UK manual driving license
