ETL Developer / Talend - Snowflake AVP - Front-Office / Investment Software Implementation

State Street's Charles River Development division is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join their implementation team. This role represents a unique opportunity to work with the Charles River IMS suite, focusing on technical implementations and integrations.

The position involves working with State Street's innovative front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, launched in 2019. As an ETL Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, working with Talend and Snowflake technologies, and ensuring proper integration with various third-party systems.

The role combines technical expertise with consulting responsibilities, requiring both strong programming skills and excellent communication abilities. You'll work on multiple projects simultaneously, leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and customer staff.

Key technical aspects include working with Talend ETL tools, Snowflake cloud data warehouse, Java/C# programming, and various messaging systems like Kafka. The position requires experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and strong SQL skills.
