Description For Corporate Technology Platform Engineer

Stripe is seeking a Corporate Technology Platform Engineer to join their Core Applications team. This role involves managing and integrating critical SaaS systems that keep Stripe running smoothly, including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Dropbox. As a SaaS Operations Engineer, you'll play a vital role in enabling Stripes worldwide to work more efficiently and collaboratively while maintaining high security standards.

The position requires acting as a service owner for multiple company-wide SaaS applications, serving as a solutions architect, and participating in an on-call rotation. You'll be responsible for integrating applications, optimizing the SaaS portfolio, leading audits, and developing processes to drive adoption of new features.

Responsibilities For Corporate Technology Platform Engineer

  • Act as a final escalation point from Helpdesk agents
  • Integrate SaaS applications with Stripe's corporate technology stack
  • Lead projects to audit and optimize SaaS portfolio
  • Participate in renewal conversations with vendor partners
  • Develop programs to drive adoption of new product features
  • Help grow and mentor others in the corporate technology organization
  • Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements For Corporate Technology Platform Engineer

  • 5+ years of relevant technical experience in system administration or engineering
  • Expertise managing Google Workspace and other enterprise productivity applications
