This role reports to the TDT Project Manager and is crucial for improving efficiency and reducing costs across the TDT network. The ideal candidate will have a BEng in Industrial or Logistics and 3-5 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities include implementing continuous improvement projects, operationalizing new business initiatives, coordinating network changes for business expansion, and optimizing delivery lead-time and logistics costs. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities For TDT Project Engineer

  • Initiating and implementing continuous improvement projects across the TDT network to improve efficiency and reduce cost
  • Operationalizing new business development initiatives within the TDT network
  • Coordinating changes required in the TDT network in support of business expansion
  • Investigating, establishing and implementing standardized resources across the TDT network
  • Working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to optimise total delivery lead-time and logistics cost
  • Active Stakeholder Management by ensuring clear communication channels are maintained between all parties involved in improvement projects

Requirements For TDT Project Engineer

  • BEng Industrial or Logistics degree
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years within Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Sound operational background within logistics management
  • Proven track record of success in delivering projects against operational and profit targets
  • Experience of managing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Logistics supply chain experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret complex operational environments, identify problem areas and project manage the implement of leading edge solutions
  • Quantitative analytical capability, with a strong grasp of management and cost accounting principles and metrics
  • Good leadership and team development skills
  • High degree of personal motivation and resilience
