Responsibilities For Security Software Engineer I

  • Monitor security alerts and events using security information and event management (SIEM) systems
  • Perform initial analysis of security incidents and escalate as necessary
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of security incidents
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and scans of network, systems, and applications
  • Assist in the identification and remediation of vulnerabilities
  • Track and document vulnerability management activities and progress
  • Design, build, and deploy DevSecOps processes and tools tailored to game development studios
  • Develop and implement security measures for game products throughout the development lifecycle
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure security measures are integrated
  • Provide support for security-related projects and initiatives

Requirements For Security Software Engineer I

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and information security principles
  • Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, antivirus software, and SIEM systems
