Responsibilities For Engineering Technician, Process, Cell Cathode Engineering
- Powder (ceramic materials) processing including mixing, sieving, and milling
- Wet chemistry processing including solution preparation, reaction set-up, filtration, waste handling
- Hands-on work with high temperature ovens and furnaces
- Collect data and parameters with travelers and process documentation
- Execute preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
- Support equipment installation, commission, and calibration
- Assist in optimization of process parameters
Requirements For Engineering Technician, Process, Cell Cathode Engineering
- Hands-on experience working in chemistry labs
- Experience in maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Willingness to learn quickly and work efficiently
- Meticulous attitude in data tracking and communication
- Basic mechanical skills with hand tools and power tools
- Experience with chemical handling and powder processing (plus)
- Experience with equipment maintenance, fabrication, electrical troubleshooting, pipe fitting and/or welding (plus)
