Responsibilities For Engineering Technician, Structural Testing, Semi Truck

  • Conduct structural tests, including static and dynamic testing
  • Conduct non-destructive testing inspections using dye penetrant testing
  • Analyze test data to identify trends and improvements
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot test equipment
  • Follow test procedures and protocols
  • Assist in test setup and execution
  • Collect and record test data
  • Collaborate with engineers
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in test planning and scheduling

Requirements For Engineering Technician, Structural Testing, Semi Truck

  • 2+ years of experience in structural testing or related field
  • Strong understanding of structural mechanics and materials science
  • Experience with hydraulic systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with test equipment and instrumentation
  • Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM and ASME)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
