Internship, Fullstack Software Engineer, Fleetnet (Winter/Spring 2025)

Tesla's Fleetnet team is at the forefront of connected car technology, building systems that connect Tesla and customers to their vehicles. As an intern, you'll join an agile team of engineers working on IoT communication and server-side software, handling everything from remote vehicle control to telemetry for Autopilot algorithms. The role offers hands-on experience in building highly scalable platforms that serve millions of Tesla devices and users.

The internship program is designed to provide meaningful technical and personal growth, working directly with managers and mentors on critical projects. You'll be involved in architecting and maintaining Tesla's Connected Systems UI codebase, building scalable features, and designing APIs in collaboration with various teams.

The position requires strong web development skills, with experience in both frontend and backend technologies. You'll work with modern tools like Rails, React, Ruby, and potentially Go and Kubernetes.
