Description For Software Engineer, Control Plane, Dojo

Tesla's Dojo team is seeking a Software Engineer to work on their cutting-edge custom-silicon supercomputer systems. As a Control Plane Engineer, you'll be instrumental in enabling Tesla's neural networks to train efficiently on their proprietary Dojo distributed training system. You'll join a select team of experienced developers focused on building drivers and control plane infrastructure.

The role combines systems programming with distributed systems expertise, requiring strong C++ skills and deep understanding of kernel-level development. You'll work closely with researchers and other Dojo engineers to optimize performance and reliability across the entire control plane stack, from low-level drivers to cluster monitoring systems.
