Responsibilities For Software QA Engineer, Vision Systems, Factory Software
- Design and develop robust automated tests for regression, performance, and stress tests
- Specify, design, develop, integrate, and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
- Build CI/CD pipelines to execute and report automated tests
- Write backend and frontend integration tests and end-to-end tests for RESTful APIs and Web UI
- Triage execution failures and address gaps between existing tests
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and validate end-to-end functionality
Requirements For Software QA Engineer, Vision Systems, Factory Software
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years Software Testing experience
- Experience in solving difficult QA problems (scalability, reliability, reporting, parallelization)
- Experience in designing automation frameworks and developing test automation software
- Knowledge of test methodologies, processes, and tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, JIRA)
- Knowledge of relational databases/SQL
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
