The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Automation Developer to join their Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) organization's Lean IT Innovation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create and implement scalable automation solutions that align with Lean IT and IT4IT initiatives. The position involves designing cross-platform automation tools, developing policy-as-code frameworks, and leveraging generative artificial intelligence to modernize legacy systems.

As a Lead Automation Developer, you'll be at the forefront of enterprise-wide transformation, working with cutting-edge technologies including cloud platforms, containerization, and AI-assisted development tools. You'll lead hands-on development efforts while mentoring team members and collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, Compliance, and Internal Development teams.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in multiple programming languages, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices.   • Experience using generative AI tools for legacy code transformation
