The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Automation Developer to join their Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) organization's Lean IT Innovation team. This role focuses on creating and implementing scalable automation solutions aligned with Lean IT and IT4IT initiatives. The position involves designing cross-platform automation tools, developing policy-as-code frameworks, and leveraging generative AI to modernize legacy systems.

As a Lead Automation Developer, you'll be responsible for leading hands-on development while mentoring team members and collaborating across Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, Compliance, and Internal Development teams. The role requires implementing reusable scripts, integrating low-code/no-code platforms, and embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines.
