Responsibilities For Systems Engineer
- Collaborate with system architects, engineers, and customers to gather and analyze requirements
- Apply MBSE approaches and tools to model system components
- Design systems across tactical, communications, software, and cloud domains
- Evaluate and compare alternative system architectures
- Support requirements management and interface management
- Travel up to 20% for system demonstrations and customer engagements
Requirements For Systems Engineer
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Top-Secret Security Clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering
- Experience with system modeling tools and languages (SysML, UML, Cameo Systems Modeler, or MagicDraw)
- Strong background in integrating technologies and cloud-based architectures
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative systems engineering team
