Description For Software Engineer II

TruBridge is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their team developing applications and products for the rural healthcare market, including Hospitals, Clinics, and Long Term Care Facilities. As part of this role, you'll be working with a modern and diverse technology stack using Agile development methodology to create solutions that adapt to changing Regulatory and Market requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience and strong proficiency in backend development, particularly with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL. You'll be part of a remote team that pushes boundaries and approaches problems innovatively, while contributing to healthcare delivery solutions that make a real impact.

This position offers an opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare technology that connects providers, patients, and communities. You'll be expected to mentor other engineers, make architectural improvements to products, and solve both technical and non-technical challenges. Requirements For Software Engineer II

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in the field
  • Working Knowledge of an Object-Oriented programming language
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution
  • Must be able to act both independently and as a team member
  • Willingness to learn and accept mentoring
