Responsibilities For Senior AI/ML Engineer – Risk & Compliance Technology (Brazil)
- Design and implement systems that integrate LLMs into production environments
- Fine-tune or adapt foundation models to suit domain-specific use cases
- Build and maintain prompt-based and retrieval-augmented workflows
- Evaluate and benchmark LLM performance on custom tasks and datasets
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Monitor and optimize inference performance, latency, and cost
- Stay current with the latest in NLP research, tooling, and model architectures
Requirements For Senior AI/ML Engineer – Risk & Compliance Technology (Brazil)
- 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs
- Proficiency in Python and experience integrating models via APIs
- Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval techniques
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning practices
- Demonstrated experience contributing to deployed AI-powered products or internal tools
