Configuration Analyst

Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world's biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year. We have a team of just over 600 Two Circlers working from eight offices across the world.

As a Configuration Analyst (internally called Implementation Consultant), you will be responsible for implementing components of our bespoke Data Management & Data Analytics Platform. This role involves working with Consulting, Product, and Data & BI Engineering teams to understand client requirements and implement appropriate solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining client requirements with various teams
• Designing end-to-end data flows
• Implementing client solutions using our Data Management Hub
• Testing and reconciling data integrations
• Creating detailed technical documentation
• Transitioning clients to live support

The ideal candidate should have:

• Data analysis experience with relational databases
• Business or Systems Analyst experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex system implementations
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy principles

Experience with SQL, designing analytical data models, and an interest in sports are beneficial. We value energy, commitment, and alignment with Two Circles' values.
