As a Senior Software Engineer on the Servicing Engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge loan servicing platforms and business process automation. The team focuses on ensuring smooth loan management, optimizing collections, and cultivating strong customer relationships while delivering an intuitive user experience for both borrowers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-team and multi-quarter, multi-engineer projects
• Drive both existing and greenfield projects forward while keeping end users in mind
• Proactively search out ways to expand impact beyond immediate tasks
• Transform team projects into opportunities to uplevel the team's tech platform
• Contribute to building and maintaining an excellent engineering culture

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Deep understanding of code release, deployment orchestration, logging, monitoring, and alerting in microservices
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or Kotlin
• Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
