Software Engineer, Auto Refi + Auto Secured Personal Loans

The Auto Refi + Auto Secured Personal Loans team is seeking a Software Engineer to help scale their auto refinance and auto secured personal loan products. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful projects that directly influence customer conversion and product quality. The team operates with quick feedback loops and an iterative approach to development.

As a Software Engineer, you'll be working across the full stack using technologies like Kotlin (Spring), Ruby (Rails), and TypeScript (React). The role requires strong technical skills with 4+ years of full stack development experience and 2+ years working with SQL databases. You'll be expected to lead projects, make architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both independent work and team collaboration, with excellent communication skills to effectively represent projects across different audiences. The team values face-time and synchronous collaboration, with regular Zoom sessions for pair/mob programming.
