Senior DevOps Engineer (Hybrid)

Upstream, a leading mobile technology company, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. The company serves 1.2 billion consumers across 45 countries, partnering with major players in Telco, Insurance, Education, FMCGs, and Retail sectors throughout Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and South-East Asia.

The role focuses on infrastructure maintenance and scaling, requiring a passionate engineer with deep Linux expertise and cloud infrastructure knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess a developer-oriented mindset with strong coding abilities, particularly in Python and Golang. They'll be responsible for managing container-based deployment strategies, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-availability performance of mission-critical systems.

Key technical requirements include experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and various DevOps tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins. The position demands expertise in both relational and NoSQL databases, along with strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
