Founding Engineer - Brain Trainer app

As a Founding Engineer for the Brain Trainer app, you'll be part of a small elite team developing new B2C apps on mass-market segments such as social media or entertainment. You'll work closely with top management, driving ideation, fast prototyping, and scaling new social apps enjoyed by millions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how to build a new hit product from scratch, solve complex problems, and develop the mentality to achieve any goal.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building a robust, scalable architecture for hundreds of millions of users
• Creating engaging brain training games and features, including a Saga Map, personality tests, and social elements
• Implementing gamification features like streaks, leaderboards, and progression systems
• Driving UX and UI decisions with a focus on minimalist, clear, and aesthetically pleasing design
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive monetization strategy
• Continuously iterating based on user feedback and data

The ideal candidate is obsessed with UX and product flow, interested in cognitive science and game design, passionate about mobile products, proficient in Swift, has some backend experience, and is fluent in English.
