New Grads 2025 - Software Engineer, Algorithm

As a New Grad Software Engineer in the Algorithm team, you'll join a dynamic environment working on cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology. The role spans across multiple critical teams including Perception, Prediction, Planning and Control, Mapping and Localization, and WeBoost.

You'll be developing and implementing sophisticated computer vision and machine learning algorithms, working with sensor fusion, and contributing to robust autonomous driving systems. The position offers exposure to various aspects of autonomous vehicle development, from perception and prediction to planning and control.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python, along with a solid foundation in machine learning and computer vision.
