Description For Software Engineering Manager (Sleep & Recovery)

WHOOP, a leading wearable technology company, is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead our Sleep & Recovery team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in health and fitness tracking technology.

As the Software Engineering Manager for Sleep & Recovery, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers focused on developing and improving our sleep and recovery tracking features. You'll work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance our users' health and wellness experiences.

  • Lead and manage the Sleep & Recovery software engineering team
  • Set technical direction and architecture for sleep and recovery tracking features
  • Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define and implement new features
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable software solutions are delivered on time
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Participate in the hiring process to build and grow the engineering team

Requirements For Software Engineering Manager (Sleep & Recovery)
