Senior/Lead Full-stack (Next.js/Node.js) Developer

WinTech is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer focusing on Next.js for the Front-end and Node.js/Medusa.js/Strapi for the Back-end. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and managing their online store, which is part of their CerebrumIQ platform - a personalized brain training solution designed to assess and enhance cognitive abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a high-quality, responsive e-commerce platform using Next.js and hosted on Vercel
• Engineer robust back-end solutions using Medusa.js and Strapi
• Design and implement custom payment and fulfillment plugins for Medusa.js
• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers
• Drive technical decision-making and architectural choices
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Manage database design, build schemas, and querying
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of UI applications

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, particularly in Next.js and Node.js frameworks
• Experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong architectural skills and ability to design scalable systems
• Knowledge of security best practices and DevOps practices
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
