Senior Software Developer - Workleap AI

Workleap is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their AI team, focusing on implementing LLM-driven features and making Workleap AI a core pillar of their platform experience. This role combines cutting-edge AI development with practical software engineering, working on features that directly impact workplace efficiency and engagement.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, vector embeddings, and RAG pipelines, while building features that serve over 20,000 customers across 100+ countries. As part of the Product & Innovation team, you'll be at the forefront of developing AI-first features that have never been done before.

The ideal candidate will bring strong backend development skills in Python and extensive experience with cloud infrastructure and databases. You'll spend about 65% of your time developing new features, 25% on design and architecture, and the remainder supporting early adopters and participating in team activities.
