Senior Salesforce Developer

We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a long-term contract to join our team and build solutions leveraging real-time data, AI predictive models, and our data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to drive innovation in our global manufacturing marketplace.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for expanding and maintaining our Salesforce functionality, working closely with Product Managers and the development team to manage the product backlog. You'll use your expertise in Programmatic Salesforce to build out our Salesforce Org and manage sandboxes across different teams. As part of an Agile Scrum team, you'll work alongside programmatic developers, Salesforce Admins, and product owners to deliver excellent solutions that add value across the organization.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience, deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components, and strong knowledge of Salesforce SDLC, deployments, and environment management. You should have mastery of SOQL and Salesforce Metadata, experience with complex real-time data integrations, and the ability to determine when to solve problems declaratively or programmatically.
