Senior Software Engineer - Python

XP Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Python for Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence contexts. This role is part of the Retail business unit, focusing on onboarding new customers to the digital account using AI and ML.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Python programming language
• Experience with APM tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.) and Open Telemetry (preferred)
• Experience with Machine Learning model consumption and GenIA utilization (preferred)
• Experience with Cloud, messaging tools, and microservices
• Knowledge of FrontEnd development for FullStack roles, especially with React (preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Reside in São Paulo/SP (remote work model)
