As a Senior Developer, you'll join our remote-first team working with Ruby-on-Rails to tackle challenging problems and innovate solutions. You'll be responsible for developing customer and admin-facing products, handling third-party integrations, and architecting systems for greater flexibility, reliability, and scale. The role demands strong technical expertise in Ruby on Rails, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.

The ideal candidate brings mastery of fundamental programming principles, strong SQL skills, and experience with scale and performance optimization. You'll work in an agile environment, collaborating across departments including Product, Customer Care, and Finance.
