Ask Great Questions That Get Great Answers Quickly

You can never ask any question (you obviously can't go to anybody and ask "What's your deepest, darkest secret?"), but if it makes sense, especially as a tactical question (e.g. "Can someone explain this part of the codebase to me?"), you should generally be able to ask it.
