since I am a Senior who has already spent a year in my position and company how can I possibly ask any question?

    You can never ask any question (you obviously can't go to anybody and ask "What's your deepest, darkest secret?"), but if it makes sense, especially as a tactical question (e.g. "Can someone explain this part of the codebase to me?"), you should generally be able to ask it. That course covers tactics you can use to level up the quality of your question to minimize the chance of you losing reputation from it and maximize your chances of getting a good outcome.

    Of course, some companies are incredibly toxic and see asking any question as a sign of weakness, and in those scenarios, the best course of action is often unfortunately to leave the company altogether.
