Pre-internship preparation call : what to ask?

I am starting my SWE internship soon in one month, and my mentor was nice to offer me a call to get to know the team more, what kind of insights or questions I should ask to make my internship onboarding process and in general fruitful since I don't think they will go in depth or have decided on the project I will be working on before I start, thanks in advance

Some good advice here: Advice for First Meeting with Manager - Internship. There are a few categoties of what you could ask about:  Team composition:  How large is the team? How many other interns will there be?  Technology:  What's the tech stack? What version control does the company use? (this one is important since most interns don't know how to properly use git or mercurial) Does your mentor recommend reading up on particular concepts? Any recommended books, videos, etc?  Team Culture:  How many days/week do people come into the office? What is the norm in the team around async vs sychronous communication? What are the traits of previous strong interns?
