I have my team matching round with director and senior manager for ic5 role tomorrow and the day after. What are some good questions I can ask them? Are there any courses for this?

In addition to talking to people in the management chain, also talk to senior ICs. You’ll often get more unbiased perspectives from them, since they don’t have as much to gain in terms of growing a fiefdom.
